⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service! I honestly couldn’t recommend Pendle Car Sales in Nelson enough. From start to finish, the service was second to none. I bought a Mercedes, and the car was in absolutely immaculate condition. It was spotless inside and out and clearly prepared to an incredibly high standard. You genuinely couldn’t have asked for more — they couldn’t have done any more if they tried! A special mention has to go to Dilly and Helen, who were both fantastic. They were friendly, professional, helpful and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Great service, pleasant to deal with. Saw a car on autotrader and managed to arrange a friend to come and look over the car as we are in SW Scotland! After speaking to our friend we decided to buy it and make a trip down to collect. Nothing was too much trouble, they were patient when my bank had issues with transfers (it eventually after several hours went through!) Dylan and his team were superb, made me feel welcome and made everything run smoothly. He had my MOT redone, 4 new tyres placed on the car and two new shocks on the rear all from his own pocket and not charging me, even valeted my mums car for free while sorting the paper work. His team is the best about. 👍
