Amazing service and very warm welcoming staff. They have a large variety of cars to choose from. I came to view a car for myself and ended up upgrading the mrs car as well. Brilliant service would highly recommend.

Very Bad experience, bought a car had to return it because it was unfit for purpose, thought I would give another chance and bought a more expensive car and 3 weeks later it broke down. I had to fork out £1200 for repairs and I have received no help from the Pendle Car Sales. They are currently ignoring me. I could go into further detail about how unprofessional they acted and I will be taking this further.

We tried to deal with the issue but unfortunately you taken to none VAT registered garage when you have 3 months RAC warranty on the vehicle which would of covered the cost of the repair and your first protocol should have been to contact us and we would have tried so solve the issue for you like we did on the first occasion but you decided to get the work done then send us the invoice. Went to buy a car id seen, traded my car in for something more economical. The process was made really easy. I had to return with a issue that was sorted out the very next day. Dilly at Pendle Car Sales is a genuine guy you can feel comfortable buying your car from him and he is very helpful and attentive. Dilly understands what a new car means to someone. This is my first time buying from dealership. I got what I wanted in my new car. Absolutely brilliant service, can’t fault the team at Pendle car sales. Bought a Fiat 500s from these guys 16th Sept 2023. Dilly (Owner) was great with all the many details, videos, pictures etc I asked for before driving up to view. A fair price agreed, and hopefully the car turns out to be a keeper. They also own the car wash business next door, so the car was very clean, polished etc and interior valeted. A very friendly, professional and none pushy service, and the car comes with 3 months RAC warranty as do all their cars. Test drive as long as I wanted, no pressure or messing about. Very pleased with the service, and for finding the car spec we were after. Thanks Pendle Car Sales…

Drove from Cumbria without appointment on off chance of viewing a BMW 320. Even though the lot was unmanned and despite us making it clear we had a number of cars in the area to view that day, a salesman was with us within 20 minutes and handed us the keys to look at our leisure. When we were ready, a comprehensive test drive was arranged and we were not pressured in any way. The car was well presented and drove great. In the end we chose to buy elsewhere but have no reservations in recommending Pendle Car Sales to anyone looking for a used car in Nelson.

I recently bought a Hyundai, we received excellent customer service, Helen was very helpful throughout the whole process but was not pushy at any time. She even washed our other car for free, would definitely recommend. Would use again in the future.
