Helen was extremely helpful to say we arrived unplanned on a Sunday. I had viewed the car online and just wanted to get out to see it in person. Myself and partner were left to view the car at our leisure and Helen was happy to answer any of our questions. The car was cleaned thoroughly and drove lovely on our test drives and we bought it on the day. A few days later a warning light flashed up on the car but this cleared when I started the car again. I rang the contact number for Pendle and spoke with Dilly, Helen's business partner who we hadn't met. He was happy to listen to my concerns and the car did come with 3 months warranty, to which I was going to go through. But when I went to arrange this due to the nature of it being an error needed diagnostics they wanted a fee for this which didn't seem fair also it would be weeks before they could fit me in. The error was unpredictable every couple of days and not with the same driving conditions but would cause the car to go into limp mode. After a week or so Dilly rang and said they would be willing to take the car away to a garage they use and fix the issue. Dilly collected the car from my house and I was able to collect the next day, he could not have been more obliging and gave us the split hose which was causing the error. I would recommend their service to anyone, based on our experience they have helped greatly after a little hiccup at the start. The car has been great and I am in love with the heated windscreen after all this freezing weather! Thanks to you both.

Quick and welcoming, was in the area looking at a different car and spotted one here as we drove home. Car was exactly as described on the listing. Was worried about potential paintwork issues, however it was just polish compound that had been left on the door by a body shop, they went above and beyond to reassure me and re-polish the panel themselves revealing a perfect shiny panel underneath. Would definitely go here again.
